  • 1/4 Beef Deposit

    $7.50/lb hanging weight

    Includes cut, wrap, and delivery.

    A quarter beef will be approximately 130 pounds of meat in your freezer depending on your processing choices.  You will want to have approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.

     

  • Whole Beef Deposit

    $7/lb hanging weight

    Includes cut, wrap, and delivery.

    Our beef is aged the old fashion way (hung 18-21 days instead of 24 hours) to intensify flavour and tenderness.

    Our steers average approximately 650-750 pounds of hanging weight.

    We encourage involvement with the cutting instructions.

     

  • 1/2 Beef Deposit

    $7.25/lb hanging weight

    Includes cut, wrap, and delivery.

    A half beef will feed a family of 4 for approximately 1 year.  All our beef are processed at a provincially inspected abattoir.

    Our halves average approximately 325-375 pounds hanging weight.
