A half beef will feed a family of 4 for approximately 1 year. All our beef are processed at a provincially inspected abattoir.
Our halves average approximately 325-375 pounds hanging weight.
Our steers are all hand fed and selected individually. They are finished to the perfect fat cover and marbling to bestow superior flavor and tenderness.
Once the steers are delivered to the abattoir, I will contact you with the hanging weight of your half beef. We will then proceed with the cutting instructions.
When your order is processed, I will contact you for delivery and final payment.

A quarter beef will be approximately 130 pounds of meat in your freezer depending on your processing choices. You will want to have approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
