A quarter beef will be approximately 130 pounds of meat in your freezer depending on your processing choices. You will want to have approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
Our steers are all hand fed and selected individually. They are finished to the perfect fat cover and marbling to bestow superior flavor and tenderness.
Once the steers are delivered to the abattoir, I will contact you with the hanging weight of your quarter beef. We will then proceed with the cutting instructions.
When your order is processed, I will contact you for delivery and final payment.
