Our beef is aged the old fashion way (hung 18-21 days instead of 24 hours) to intensify flavour and tenderness.

Our steers average approximately 650-750 pounds of hanging weight.

We encourage involvement with the cutting instructions.

 

Our steers are all hand fed and selected individually.  They are finished to the perfect fat cover and marbling to bestow superior flavor and tenderness.

Once the steers are delivered to the abattoir, I will contact you with the hanging weight of your beef.  We will then proceed with the cutting instructions.

When your order is processed, I will contact you for delivery and final payment.
